Baseline (Widescreen) Solution & Issues
16:10 resolutions are selectable but letterboxed. Rose's solution may be used as an experimental workaround for this aspect ratio, removing the black bars and preserving the horizontal FOV, though some UI elements may scale imperfectly and be partially out of view.
Ultra/Super-Wide (21:9/32:9) Specific Solution & Issues
The game is fully pillarboxed by default despite allowing to select any of the resolutions used for testing. Rose's solution removes the black bars, however, the user interface becomes spanned, being a potential issue at 32:9.
Eyefinity / Surround Specific Solution & Issues
The solution for ultrawide is also applicable to multi-monitor.
The user interface becomes spanned across the entirety of the screen space, resulting in prompts, item pickup notifications, pinned evidence, hints and menu elements appearing at the far edges of the side monitors and making the experience less than optimal. See the Additional Screenshots below for the demonstrations.
4k UHD Specific Solution & Issues
Every FMV is in 4K. The game includes a resolution scale slider and supports Nvidia DLSS.
