Ys: The Oath in Felghana is a Japanese Action RPG by Nihon Falcom. It is a remake of the third game in the Ys series, Ys III: Wanderers from Ys. This game, like all Ys games, has a strong focus on story-telling, much like the Final Fantasy series (for those who are not familiar with the Ys series).
