now this is weird, i installed mass effect 2, cba to wait for the eyefinity fix anymore. but i knew i couldnt play it at 5760x1080, so i set resolution to 1920x1080 and it flickers all the time, seems like it is playing at 2 resolutions at once. so i lowered the res to 1600x900 and bam, no more flickering.
Same thing in WoW

any idea guys?`
And no, no problems with eyefinity yet

I tried ME2 at 1920x1080, and didn't seem to have the flickering problem. The only wierd thing I've noticed is when I used to play it at this resolution, it would be on my center screen. Now it is on my left screen. :?

I've got the same problem with games in 1920x1080 on the center monitor connected with a native display port. In others resolutions (1280x1024) they work fine.
Didn't try to play with the others monitors (right or left). I'm using Catalyst 9.12 with Hotfix and W7 32 Ultimate...

I have the same problem here (and on every game I've tried!). Center monitor is 1920x1080 connected via DisplayPort. Using Catalyst 10.1.

Wonder if there is a workaround (e.g. switch center monitor to DVI?) I haven't tried yet.

Okey, are you using adapters?
if so, what adapter? are you plugging it into the wall?
it would be nice to figure this out and give Ati a hand.
Or eventually figure out whats going on.

On the workaround part, i'd guess making hotkeys that disables every screen except a DVI one would work.

Nope, no adapters, just using a real displayport on my monitor.

Hmmmm, so it probably aint the adapters fault then.
Could it be insufficient power for the monitor?
Maybe driver problems? Do u have the ability to try out 9.12 + hotfixes? I'm at school right now, so i dont have the opportunity.

Edit: Could also be a crossfire problem?
Edit 2: nvm above post had 9.12 with the same problems

I'm running 9.12 + Hotfixes and the problem is there. But i disable Crossfire and now image is stable.

But something strange : the game is displaying on all monitors (same image repeated 3 times @ 1920x1080) and i lose my wallpaper when i disabled Crossfire with CCC ???

When i quit the game the resolution come back to 5760x1080.

I just try one game. I will check with others...

PS. : sorry for my poor english, i'm french !

So crossfire is the problem?
I will check this as soon as i come home, + i will check if the new drivers fix it!
If it turns out to be Crossfire, i guess we'l have to check if ATI knows of the problem :)

BTW, are you 2 running W7?

I'm running win7 ultimate 64-bit. Has anyone tried playing on their center monitor that's not a DisplayPort?
