I usually just make my own, usually minimalistic and simple.

Definitely. This is the only way to go. Those big addon packs are crap in my opinion.

I agree that making your own is typically the way to go. I just hadn't played in so long I was curious if anyone had developed their own UI just for eyefinity. Although, I disagree on minimalist. I tend to aim more for making my life easier in raids/pvp rather than caring about how much my screen is clustered.

I think your current implementation is great, many MANY times greater than the compilation that you were eyeing out.

Also http://www.imgur.com is what I use for image hosting nearly exclusively.
Image shack does a fine job aswell.

I like to use Moveanything, it basicly allows u to move around and separate everything to a position of ur choice.

Actually I used to use moveanything when I played before, but when I started up again last month and installed moveanything with my eyefinity setup I had several problems getting frames to stick correctly. I eventually deleted it and went with fluidframes instead. Other eyefinity users might beware of such issues.

Well i go for the minimalistic look in general although i do have my appropriate stuff for raids etc, i just learn to live without all the unnecessary crap. I take advantage of my large fov and empty screen :)

Do you use any addons for the oversized chat bubbles and combat text such as dmg/rep/xp etc, currently just using SCT damage for this but its awful, i like to see dmg over my enemies heads :?
