Hello and thanks all for this community.

I have a problem to configure my 3 screens (1xDell 22 "2xAcer 22")
I followed this post method but I can not get the right resolution [email protected].
I come to this: with black bands on the left of each screen

My config:
Windows Vista Home Edition x32
TripleHead2Go Digital Edition
2 x Acer 22" Wide
1 x Dell 22" Wide
Nvidia Geforce 250 GTS - Drivers 258.96
PowerDesk 2.07.00.031
Firmware v2.3.40.t6.56

Does someone have a solution?

Hmm, it's weird that you get that on all monitors - I'd assume if the Dell OR Acers had a problem with the refresh rate, only this (these) monitor(s) would get misaligned. :?

Can you test each monitor individually at [email protected] ? Any issue ?
Can you setup other TH resolutions, like 3840x800, 4320x900 or even 3840x1024 ? Do these look ok ?

Hi scavvenjahh,

I just tested [email protected] and 1680x1050@60Hz, each screen and everything is OK.
I can change in TH setup, resolutions work fine also in:
3840x1024 @ 60Hz
4320x900 @ 60Hz
5040 * 1050 @ 57Hz
etc., but when I test with [email protected] (configuration personalized "Name = CUST_MODE_1" and "Name = CustomDisplay_1") everything is KO as images.
This is really weird because the images on the 3 screens are compressed.

Did you try auto correct on your monitors?
Did you try unplugging the monitors and replugging them?

What do you mean with "auto correct"?
3 monitors unplugged and replugged but always the same problem!

Very odd. Maybe Matrox support can help.
But... if 5040x1050 works ok @57Hz, why don't you just use this refresh rate ?

I can play with 5040x1050@57Hz but my screens are native 60hz so the images are fuzzy, not sharp, I can not even read a text.

Hi Recoil,

You mean you also have the black bands on the left of each screen in 5040x1050@60Hz?
For now I play in 5040x1050@57Hz, but it's not very pleasant :( :(
