This is the desk I use. It fits my 3x HP LP3065 30" LCDs fine, and would have no problem with your setup either. This thing is solid and can hold a lot of weight. The backside support is inset about a foot from the back, giving it much more support than a traditional desk of this type. Check it out, I love it. It's so spacious!

Do you have your kb/mouse on the top of the table? I like have mine on a tray that slides out from under the table. You think that would be possible on a desk like that or would it be too low?

Most desks that I use are about the same height. If this is the case with this desk, you could probably mount a keyboard slider underneath without a problem.
