It doesn't look like bezel correction is working from the screenshots I took however it auto detected everything fine. Cut scenes/menus play on the center monitor and nothing has broken yet. Some HUD elements are on the side monitors but other than that, good to go.

Due to Warner Bros having to row the game code precariously across the Atlantic Ocean, I have to wait until Friday to download it, but seeing these screenshots makes me excited! :D

This game is fantastic in DX11. I might turn it off to gain frames. But MAAAAN this game works good in Surround. Well worth the wait. The next drivers for ATI/Nvidia will make a huge difference in this game Im sure.

I'm glad Rocksteady fixxed the issues the first game had with eyefinity. It looks all very nice, and no problems sofar.

I remember reading yesterday I think..that in DX11 the stuttering was related to physx being set to High! In Belgium the game is not available yet..
Can someone try with different settings for physx and tell us is there is a difference in frame-rate?

The following un-thorough test was done on:

i7 2600k @ 4.4Ghz
2x gtx570 Nvidia Surround 285.79 betas
8GB 1600Mhz system RAM
Realtek onboard audio Dolby Digital optical out latest R2.66 drivers
Crucial C300 128GB SSD (Game)
Crucial C300 64GB SSD (OS and pagefile)

Game load appears to be tied to framerate as desktop framerate is either 1fps or 10fps and the game initial load
from desktop icon to first ad screen is excrutiatingly long @54 seconds. i.e. you want more tests? Do them yourself :P


All in-game settings maxed means:

Fullscreen YES
Resolution 5916x1200 (16:9)
V Sync NO
AA FXAA (HIGH)
Stereoscopic 3D DISABLED
DX11 Features
DX11 Tessellation
Detail Level VERY HIGH

My Opinion: Crappy, unoptimized DX11 implementation. There is just a tad more "realism" using DX11, a bit more glint and reflection off all

surfaces light hits. "Looks" a TAD more "wet" and authentic but not worth ruining the gaming experience over.

Apparently there is a known issue with the DX11 implementation. It will be fixed in an update:

My recording of catwoman in action at 3840x1024 eyefinity ...use 1080P or the Original setting for best quality..

If you notice though its glitchy .. it does that even when im not recording, the FPS drops are massive and random... so it still seems to need optimization..

The graphics settings in the game are all maxed ...except motion blur is turned off, physX is off, and Vsync is off..

would love to play the game... but a couple of things are preventing me from even touching it. 1) SecuROM on top of GFWL on top of Steam (if applicable). 2) DX11 broken out of the box.

EVGA has gone through all the trouble of making extra sales by packing in a redemption code for Arkham City and touting its DX11 goodness and the game comes broken right out of the gate. Rocksteady is gonna be dead in the waters if they don't fix it soon and do something about the ridiculous triple-DRM scheme. I mean, I can tolerate GFWL... and I can easily tolerate Steam as a DRM. But SecuROM.... pfffft....
