http://www.gamespot.com/news/gamestop-looking-into-re-selling-digital-content-6388559

GameStop already has a solid footing in the boxed used games business, but as the industry trends towards digital, the chain is considering ways it could re-sell downloadable games. Speaking to GameSpot from the retailer's refurbishment center in Grapevine, Texas this week, GameStop CEO Paul Raines said the firm is looking into digital second-hand sales.

lots of people wanted steam to make it so you could do this. There are work arounds with gifts, but not 'purchased' items. Frankly I wouldn't mind selling some of them for a few bucks. I think it would be good if steam did it and made it so your steam wallet got bigger rather than having people cash in on it.

Yeah that sounds like a great way of doing things, kinda like vouchers you'd get in store, but more useful. Would be especially useful for times when you bought something but can't get it to run properly. Might also open up the whole spear copy thing when you buy a pack but already own some games.
