i know its an old game and i did search the forums for a solution but couldnt find it here. Then i searched the net and came across site (i cant link to it now im not at home) and it told me to get a hack developed by someone on this forum ( :) it has a link to here :D ) and then to run a command prompt and type the following

NFSUWS -set x y (x and y is what you replace obviously)

so i set it to 1920*1200 and when i start the game it works fine since the menu screen of the game defaults to 800*600 i think, but when i go to play i just get a black screen and nothing can be done but reboot the computer. Is there something im missing or is 1920*1200 not supported?

P.S. oh yeah i just got my 2405FPW today before i came to work :D

Need for Speed: Underground is included in the UniWS patcher. Hit the download section to grab it. ;) That little commandline utility was a pre-UniWS program developed by Wogg. :)

That's cool. I just prefer reinstalls. ;) Well, actually, I would have manually backed up the .exe before it started playing with it...

I coudlnt get the game to run 1900x1200.

I tried 1680x1050 (if that's right) and it seemed to work fine. I just like all the resolution I can get :)

Does look perdy now widescreen. Thx for this awesome site I just found today. Wish starcraft would work now ;) haha
