Still nothing! I'm so annoyed. The closest i've come is a hex location in the main EXE file that resizes the textures and images to whatever resolution I set it to. Unfortunately, this doesn't change the physical resolution on the screen. At this same location, which is near the beginning of the file, I found references to all the resolutions typically available so i'm assuming i'm aiming at the right spot in the net.

Either they've safeguarded against this or i'm not looking in the right file. I wish it was as simple as Tiger 2006 with the dwwrap.dll file. But i've looked for references to common resolutions in many other files installed in the installed game folder as well as the save game folder located off the My Documents folder.

bump...

Just wondering if anyone is still working on this project at all. I certainly have to echo my complaints that I can't believe that EA can't support widescreen in a single sports game. Just brutal.

Anyhow, here's hoping there's an option for another deperate hockey player out here.

Thx
Steph

Ya, there's got to be a way. I bought 2 wireless controllers for this game but havn't played it due to no widescreen resolutions.

It is pathetic how ea is so ignorant to this.

It's funny you just bumped this as I just returned and dug up the thread to see if there was any more information on this.

It has to be possible!

Please. LOL
