The game only runs at 640x480. There's no resolution options. dgvoodoo2 can force it to run at a higher resolution, but not proper widescreen.
I found a cfg file, but it doesn't contain anything useful. There's nothing useful in the registry either.
I tried looking for AB AA AA 3F in the game's exe and found nothing. I also tried replacing all instances of 8002 E001 (640x480 in hex) with my native resolution and the game still ran at 640x480.
If someone can get it to run in ultrawide or widescreen at least, that would be nice. :^)
