Of all the HSF's I have used, this one must be the most efficient.
It's super quiet, and stone cold. Some people don't like it because its just so big. I recommend it to anyone looking for a awesome cooler.

*COUGH* needs a good clean :D

Might replace the g-power pro with one.....was expecting to see a little more colour emitted from the fan, my g-power is running at 5v and it does an awesome job BUT....it blows directly onto mobo....so spreads heat onto back of the upper GTX...the Zalman would direct the heat towards the exhaust fan...

Ta for the snap.

I've heard good things and bad things about the CNPS9500... I'll reserve opinions myself until I've had the chance to test one. Provided you have an exhaust fan where it directs airflow, I'm sure it'd be good - I like the CNPS7700, however, for it's size (it covers the mosfets around the CPU bracket and blows air on them, too... ;))

Will definitely be testing out the 9500 as soon as possible, though...

It's a pretty good hsf. I have one myself cooling my 3800x2 and according to Sisoft Sandra, my CPU is currently running at 34c.

I must say my Idle temp's are around 28° - 29°, after an hour long session of Quake 4 it does ramp up, but I'm yet to see it go over 40°.
