Thought I'd try my new 2405FPW w/ some of the games I've got installed and was surprised to see that TA had 1920x1200 in the options menu. Tried it and, wow, there's a lot of screen space now (coming from a VP171b)! I can build a full base without having to scroll around!
If there's any downside, I guess that it'd be the slow mouse movement... it takes a few shuffles to to get the cursor across the screen!

Yep, found out earlier - TA and TA:Kingdoms simply support all available desktop resolutions. Wouldn't it just be simpler to program to make games do that ? At least when they're 3D. Artificial limits to the resolution options is so... stupid. Sure, there are things you just can't do like that, e.g. a drawn 2D layout. But for the rest, there's simply no point in restricting the options.
