I tired to search but couldn't find any answers. Perhaps I didn't do a good enough search, and I am ready to get flamed 8)

Here we go....

I am having problem with my SGU. The program just start and hang at the screen where it says it's loading. It just get stucked there. I downloaded the newest version and reinstalled it a few times with no help. I also tried to install the pervious version with no help.

Any ideas?

I don't know if it is connected, but it seems like SGU started having problem after I installed CounterStrike:Source from steam. I had Counter Strike, GTR2, Race07, COD4, and Company of Heroes installed previously and had no problem with SGU.

Hope you guys could help me out!
Thanks

Hi lookinco,

You should contact our tech support department. This sounds like a strange issue you're incountering and i'm sure they'll want to do some test procedures with you to try and pinpoint and resolve the problem.

If there is actually an issue with the new SGU release we'll want to resolve this asap, so indeed give them a call. :)
