Does the full version have any singleplayer anomalies?

Naw, not really.

The intro FMV is pillarboxed. Yes, this is an FMV.

It got the hook.

In-game

Letter Cut

Fullscreen Cut

Was not a big fan of the little red-eyed bastards.

Ok.... in the full version, is the intro "FMV" actually rendered ingame?

I think it is a special Hor + FMV with mouselook enabled. 8)

I assume you mean that it's rendered ingame, and is not an FMV at all. In that case, does the full version have any FMVs at all? Not counting stuff like logos.

Nope.

When you think about the advances in rendering quality there is really only one reason to still use FMVs which is the developer-controlled display of content. And the framerate.

Okay. Two.

Hi, just wondering my FEAR has a native setting for 1920/1080 & perseus mandate but this extraction point does not .
I found that very strange & why wasn't there a patch that would fix that since the FEAR 1 did it anyways.
THX & i love the game & it's great using 3d glasses.

I think FEAR v1.08 was the version with native support in the in-game menus, but I think Extraction Point was based on v1.07 and it never got patched.
