Well I did as you said URFIR3D, and updated my video driver and flashed my bios to the latest version for good measure. Then set the resolution using the NVIDIA control panel. With high hopes went into flight simulator and lo and behold, the resolution showed 3840x1024. Thanks for the tip!

For those running WoW with the TH2Go and few questions:

First... no pun intended... but WOW! WoW looks AMAZING in triplehead!

I look forward to flying from point to point just to enjoy the view. Stunning.

However... I've got two issues.

1) Does anyone else have a severally reduced arrow-icon on the mini-map and main map (you know.. the one that represents you and your direction of travel in the world)? It makes it VERY difficult to navigate using the mini-map as I can't tell which compass direction I am facing as the arrow is so small. Not sure if this is from triplehead or one of my many addons...

2) Extreme zoom during indoor/close quarters environments. This may be a trade-off of playing at 3840x1024, but instance fighting can be tough as the camera will often zoom in so close to my character that I lose situational awareness.

Thanks!

Wazoo

BTW - Speaking of addons.... the mod called MoveAnything is fantastic for setting up your interface with all elements on the center screen. This greatly reduces neck craning by keeping everything on the center monitor if you want it....

No problem lovmyfs, glad I could help.. Hope this helps others as well..

Also guys use the NVIDIA control panel for all your settings or else trying to run 3072x768 might get screwed up cause NVIDIA Control Panel will play with the FlatScreen scaling..

Wazoo, you will get a zoomed up view no matter what, and some of the screen will be cut from the top... Not that big a deal though if you change your max cam distance... If you use the SGU config it will change your max cam distance to 2 in the config file, then zoom out as much as you can, and hopefully that will fix the problem.

I understand that being indoors can mess that up since it will automatically move the camera behind you to tighter position, I don't think you can do anything about that.

He probably could ... donations and requests help ...

It's not a game I'm into so I haven't asked him on this one ... and I'm not going to pay him to fix a game I don't play ...

He probably could although paying him may or may not be the answer. I paid him for a revised version of the tomb raider anniversary exe and never heard from him again so you take your chances on that. I really feel that paying him was the right thing to do either way because of all the other FOV hacks that I have used from him. COD2, tomb raider legend, the list goes on.

The thing is ... he does his best ... sometimes he just can't do it ...
I have paid him at least 50 dollars for every hack and a few that he has been unable to sort ...
These hacks he does are part of his living ...
I also don't mind paying him as the whole community has benefited from them ... 8)

Well I think that's why they're donations, not necessarily payments.. Let's face it, he puts so many of them free anyways, I'd say I'd ask first and if he can make it.. i'd feel grateful and donate :)

Most of them he has done because I asked him to ... and I pay/donate to him if he sorts it or not.
I also help him by testing them out etc ...
For instance ... at the mo he is about to remotely take over my PC in order to try to fix the DX10 issues with this latest Bioshock hack as he doesn't have a DX10 card.

I don't get paid or donations ... lol ... but I don't want paying ... just a little recognition for the help that I do do ... which some do appreciate and some don't ...

I always thought he wasn't able to fix WOW because of some limitation(blizzard didn't allow it or something)
Because I figured with it's popularity and known FOV issue... it's probably the most unplayable(supported?) TH2G game I've played.

IF Racer_S could actually work a fix ,it would make alot of people(at least the ones with th2g and that play wow;p)
happy :)
