rma with directly matrox or retailer?

Try to RMA with Matrox, I did (but I also purchased it from the Matrox online store) but try them anyway- will be quicker. If they say no then you will have to send it to the retailer.
Good luck, I got mine back after about 3 weeks. I still cannot do the flash because my back just will not work, very annoying-

Just a joke that a non-native english speaker probably wouldn't understand. RMA stands for "return merchandise authorization", so saying "RMA authorization" is redundant.
