Where do you (if you can?)set the HUD to be in the central position? I can't seem to find that option in the HUD section? I have it working on eyefinity on 3 monitors with bezel management on but the hud is right at either side.

This is strange, I've been playing Dirt 2 quite alot, at least before BFBC2 was released :), and never had problems with the HUD.

I'm runnig at 5040x1050 on 3x 22" monitors.

Bezel management will break the detection for the HUD placement in DiRT2. i.e. they detect if it is a resolution that is divisible by 3, but the bezel management resolution is not.

How hard will that be to fix? (Just curious...)

I bet the driver devs are hating EyeFinity and all of us demanding users right about now... ;)

This is an application detection thing, so it really needs to be fixed on the developer side, unfortunatly. The only way you could make this work is if you ended up with the black borders on the sides.

However, going forward we are due to release our Eyefinity API which we'll make available to developers - it is intended to enable the detection of Eyefinity easier in both bexel corrected and non-bezel corrected cases.

Cool, so there is the possibility of a patch fixing it in the future. :) Not a perfect solution, but better than nothing.

Sounds interesting! keep up the good work guys I'm loving my eyefinity setup!

I haven't played a single game in normal aspect ration (16:10) since I got my HD5850! Except EVE-Online witch I always play in window mode, but its amazing with eyefinit but only when I have all my monitors in portrait position :)

To the OP.

Try this... It worked for me.

Adjust bezel comp. one more time.

Load game.

For the past several days my speedo was all the way to the right and other info on the left (3x27" landscape). HUD was all together on the center screen at first but changed some settings, failed OC etc. and Dirt2 HUD got all whacked out...


Now back to normal..

Hope it works 4 u.

After adjusting bezels in display group, my HUD appeared in the center screen again.
