I should note that it's the male USB cable end that is used to supply power.

Does the Bizlink have the standard displayport cable, requiring another adapter for the 5970?

So you are saying that you have the same adapter that I have pictured with 3 monitors on your system?
What is the maximum resolution you can get?
What do you mean be a wall plug with the USB?
As I understand the Bizlink adapter you can buy either the mini displayport male or standard displayport male to DVI female. The part numbers are B087B-003J and B087B-002B.

The Bizlink adapter is out of stock (Amazon). Maybe what you did is my solution.

The Asus number that I called is Tel: 812-282-2787 and go through the prompts to reach a live person. If I have had to leave a message, I don't rely on it. I call back 30 minutes later and try again till I get a technician. I think their help has been pretty good.

My answers in blue.

Correct, in fact I in addition to using that exact same Apple adapter, I have three of the same monitors (a mix of Hanns-G and I-inc 28's)

What is the maximum resolution you can get?

1920x1200 x 3 = 5760x1200

What do you mean be a wall plug with the USB?

Ah, okay, didn't know there were two different parts. Makes sense.

Thanks, I've already posted on their forum, waited for a response, got none, filled out their technical form, been two weeks with no response, and I have left two phone messages. It's almost like they aren't even in business anymore.

I now have my "Accell Mini DisplayPort to DVI Dual-Link Adapter hooked up" (part # B087B-003J). I am able to run 3 displays in Eyefinity. Unfortunately; the text on the monitor on the DisplayPort with the Accell adapter looks horrible (unreadable) at 1920 x 1200, while the other 2 monitors on the DVI ports look good. The resolution for my 3 monitors (Hanns-G, HH281) is recommended to be at 1920 x 1200 and this is where the graphics and text look best on these monitors. If I lower the resolution to 1920 x 1080, the text on the monitor on the displayport becomes readable, but I want 1920 x 1200 because it looks better. Moreover; I can get 5760x1200 (3 x 1920 = 5760) across 3 monitors, but again, the monitor on the displayport looks like crap.

I have ordered the USB Cable Power Adapter (as suggested) to see if this works.

I have spent hours and hours on the phone with Asus, AMD-ATI, and Accell Cables in a futile attempt to solve this problem. Thus far, none of these companies can come up with a solution to this problem.

I believe it is AMD-ATI that came up with and brags about this technology? Yet, they are clueless to solve my Eyefinity problem.

Not sure what to tell you, Jimmy. It almost sounds like you have a vid card with a bad displayport. Have you fooled with cycling the displayport screen to get the video card to re-detect it? I do this by pulling the USB power plug on my Apple adapter, live, and then plugging it back in.

Riva Las Vegas

I got that White USB Cable Power Adapter (Wall Charger Adaptor) today. I have all 3 monitors working in Eyefinity at 1920 x 1200 or 5760 x 1200 when extended horizontally. So, there is some progess but Crysis and MS Flight Simulator only works on one monitor. I have verified that both these games can work stretched over 3 monitors.
