this game has very huge requirements with ATi eyefinity - I've 5760x1080 setup and even on low I can't get more than 10fps with AMD x4 2,8GHz, 8GB RAM, HD6850 1GB

HD6850 1GB
Framebuffer limit exceeded ? Eyefinity/Surround resolutions often require sufficient amounts of VRAM for games to run smoothly, or even run at all.

I'm getting good FPS in surround on my 1536mb 480's so it might just be that.

I only play on one screen though, the HUD stretch is unbearable to me.

This game played fine for me at 8000x1600 using two HD6970 2GB in Crossfire. I only had to put post process quality to simple to avoid some strange colors, mostly the sky.

The HUD stretch with three screens is an issue. You'll have these huge immersion-killing crosshairs, but there is a mod to remove them so you can just use iron sights.
