Eh, i had 3 HP w1907's and each one were WAY off in color, contrast, and build quality. I bought them 6 months of each other, and they were that bad. I would go with 3 matching panels Personally.

My Dell 2409 1080 monitor is the best monitor I have ever owned. I got it when my 1200 res monitor broke and I could not find another 1200 ANYWHERE in a store, and I did not want to go without a PC for a week while waiting for shipping, so I got the 2409. I thought I might take it back when a 1200 monitor was shipped and arrived, but I loved the thing so much from moment one that I never bothered to order a new 1200 monitor.

I am sure 16:10 monitors will stick around online for a while but the new standard is 1080, for better or worse.

the 1920x1080 displays are at a better price point that is for sure.. also with a single 5850, going with the 1080s would yield a little better performance for you.. I'm finding my solo 5870 is struggling with some of my games with my setup (3 1920x1080 displays).. so just some more food for thought.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I was so close to pulling the trigger on another couple of 2475w's, but then decided £800+ of peripheral view monitors was just too much money, and I'd get a better end result by going a bit cheaper on the extra monitors and going crossfire with another 5850 (which also required a mobo upgrade). I went for 2 x Samsung 2443BW, which arrived yesterday. I haven't had a chance to set them up yet, but I tested one and it is a typical TN panel, with pretty bad viewing angles, but I think it'll be ok for side eyefinity screens. In particular, the bezel is nice & thin and the overall look of the unit matches the 2475w really well. The 2nd 5850 hasn't arrived yet, but I'll set up the three monitors with my single 5850 tomorrow & report back.

Oh ok then . Bear in mind, I used a really wide angle lens for these pics as there's a wall just behind the camera position, so the stretched effect on the side screens looks more pronounced than it really is in real life.
